Originally from Long Island, Trish attended college in Rochester, NY before embarking on a career in the airline industry. During her airline years, she had the invaluable opportunity to travel, study and live abroad. In 1988, she and her husband Rob sold their home on Long Island, left the airline industry and moved to Vermont, where they purchased a 15 room Victorian Inn, which they operated successfully for over 16 years. In 2001, they were honored by the Vermont Lodging and Restaurant Association as  the Bed & Breakfast Innkeepers of the Year.
A 1991 vacation trip to Hilton Head was the start of their love affair with the Low Country. They returned again and again, and, in ’99, purchased their first villa. Two years ago, they decided to move here full time. Since relocating, Trish  has been busy, acting as property manager for several investment properties, and closely studying the area real estate market. She is eager to share her knowledge and expertise with buyers following their dream of ownership in this beautiful area, and sellers who are trading up, down-sizing or moving on.
